Supervised their placements, taught specific and relevant skills, liaised with staff from wards, assessed students' performance, communicated with university lecturers, and evaluated students' ability to successfully progress through the placement.

Completed graduate program 2001-2002, on neurology and orthopaedics wards. Worked casually on bank, for 18 months, across several wards, then worked part time on neurology ward. Insertion of nasogastric tubes, care for stroke patients, communicate with families.
