Practice Management tasks:

  • Managed daily practice operations for a team of 6 Allied Health Practitioners across 2 locations.
  • Evaluated practice workflows regularly to identify areas for improvement before developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective workflow for all team members.
  • Identified opportunities for additional services or expansion within the practice based on market research analysis.
  • Oversaw facility maintenance projects, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both patients and staff members. This included the complete leasing, hiring and fit-out and opening of a multidisciplinary clinic.
  • Ordered and maintained all inventory for cognitive assessment resources as well as all inventory for day-to-day running of clinic.
  • Collaborated with internal and external marketing teams to develop promotional materials that effectively highlighted the practice's unique offerings for the Neurodiverse community.
  • Ensured compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge on industry standards and best practices including Medicare, NDIS and AHPRA.
  • Improved practice revenue through effective financial management, strategic cost reductions and implementation of revenue increasing tiers to the business leading to continual measurable growth of income.
  • Oversaw accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting with external parties.

  • Managed appointment scheduling, patient records management and billing functions for a team of 6 Allied Health Practitioners across 2 locations as well as coordinating mobile appointments.
  • Addressed patient concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Developed strong relationships with patients, ensuring a high level of care and satisfaction throughout their experience.
