Efficient organisation skills. In my placement in Coláiste Baile Chláir I organised a day to The Lodge at Ashford Castle in which the learners were given a tour of the hotel, took part in live cooking demonstrations and got to see the daily running of the hotel with talks from HR and staff. This was beneficial to the learners as we were studying Hotel Catering and Tourism. Organised activities in my current school for Seachtain na Gaeilge and World Home Economics Day. This year in St. Johns I planned and organised the practical examinations and organised a day in which parents came in to make Christmas cakes alongside the students., Excellent team worker. I have the ability to divide the work between everyone on the team and ensuring everyone gets a fair workload. I engage in constructive feedback from managers/ colleagues and I am always willing to take on extra work ensuring that the task is completed.
