While working towards my fellowship with ACEM, I've taken interest in ultrasound, and currently hold CCP use for various modules listed below. I've also got administrative skills in both departmental and hospital capacity as evident in my work experience. I've keen interest in Critical Care and Paediatrics Care, hence have done few terms in various ICU and Paediatric department during my training . Working in a major truma referral centre, I'm comfortable in managing acute and critical presentations.

As The MSC, I am involved in RISKMAN investigation and management, hospital accrediation, policy and protocol writing and chairperson for few National Standard Committee and medical workforce managemenent including credentialing
Working 0.5 FTE as an Emergency Registrar and 0.5FTE as a Clinical Administration Fellow in the largest private hospital and emergency department in NSW
As the Fellow, I have been responsible for rostering, payroll, employee contracts, hiring & onboarding of all doctors in the emergency department. Also involved in RISKMAN, accreditations and departmental budget allocations.
During the 3 years at Liverpool hospital, I worked as an AT, team leading on nights.
I had a 6 months rotation in Concord ICU in 2021, where I worked again as a team leader at night.
Duing this period, I was the ultrasound registrar for 6 months and had completed CCPU in various modules, including FAST, AAA, gallbaldder, point of care ECHO, BELLS, bowels, eye
I also had 6 months paediatrics rotation in total as the senior registrar. This term also included special care nursery registrar.
I had also completed as 3 months in ICU and 3 months in anesthetics rotations.
Working in Campbelltown-Camden Emergency Department, we frequently covered shifts in Bowral and Fairfeild hospitals

During my observation I was able to observe FRACGPs, who specialises in surgery and dermatology and women’s health. I was also able to collabrate with our dietician, psychologist, physiotherapist and a pathologists to provide holistic care. I was also able to spend time with the administrator, learning about the billing system and healthcare system.
Affiliated with Harvard Medical International, it is the first hospital to be accredited by JCI and NABH. The 12 months Internship included rotation amongst the major disciplines (2 months of Surgery, Medicine, Community Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynaecology ; 1 month of Paediatrics and Orthopedics ; 15 days each in E.N.T, Ophthalmology, Radiology and Accidents & Emergency).
