- Dad and Dave's Brewery Bartender provided knowledge on the range of craft beer available. Promoted the brewery at the GABs festival to industry members and the wider craft beer community.
- Teddy Larkin's Head Bartender managed the bar of a restaurant in freshwater. Maintained stock rotation and ordering reports weekly.
- TWG Taronga Zoo Events Staff served at functions of up to 250 people and managed stock-take and ordering reports daily. Also worked within the cafes on the zoo grounds, taking orders and managing transactions.
- Hungry Jack's Team Leader helped manage the daily operations. Trained new staff and kept up standards in BOH.
