● Experience in Chronic Disease Management in preparing Care Plans and Health Assessments
● The ability to perform all general practice nurse duties such as immunizations, procedure assistance, stock ordering etc.
● Administering Iron Infusion procedure successfully according to practice guidelines/policy.
● Ability to manage Reminder and Recall systems effectively in a busy General Practise
● Wound Management dressings and removal of sutures, Blood collection.
● ECG and hands on experience with Best Practise Software
● Triage management , Patient Education and building links to the community
● Handling emergencies effectively
● Administering COVID vaccines
● Assisting doctors with iron infusion administration

• Understanding of Aged Care Standards.
• A caring, energetic, and professional approach to support residents with a diverse range of needs.
• Documented residents' behaviour in autumn care in terms of mental status, sleeping and eating patterns in medical record
• Administer medications according to scope, policy and standards.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services as directed by the Registered Nurse to meet individual resident needs.
• Provide clinical/nursing duties and participate in care planning and assessments.
• Kept close eye on client vital signs, administered medications and tracked behaviours to keep healthcare supervisor well-informed.
