Duties

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, delegating tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to specification
• Monitor progress of work and troubleshoot any issues or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and handle any queries or concerns
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor and report on material usage, equipment maintenance and other operational metric
• Supervising the baggage handling systems and airside/sterile works for T2 terminal
• Using Procore and 1Breadcrumb for managing trades and reports

Duties

• Supervising and leading a group of workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Ensuring that workers are adhering to safety regulations and construction protocols.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, coordinating tasks between teams, and making sure the workflow remains steady.
• Ensuring that materials, equipment, and tools are available and in good condition.
• Conducting safety inspections and ensuring that workers are using the proper protective equipment and techniques.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure the construction project follows the blueprint and adheres to timelines.
• Experience in ground works, structural, fitouts and façade.
