Ashanti Kumar

Hi my name is Ashanti Kumar, I am 17 nearly 18 years old, I have home schooled for many years now due to my mental health reasons, I have been diagnosed with high risk anxiety and selective mutism, At primary school I did suffer with learning difficulties and my speech impairment. which has unfortunately held me back in life to be able to get myself out their, I have been working hard to over come my fears and be involved with others. my first step with becoming a dependent adult was to focus on getting my learners, which I passed with flying colours, this has showed me that I can actually succeed in life, I just need a little time and help, this has shown me that I can do more then I think I can. I am now ready to start my next chapter in life which is focusing on finding a job. As I haven't had a job yet this will be hard for me but I am ready to take this challenge on, I do believe if I'm treated with under standing to my mental health I will be able to grow and become a great employee.
