  • Coordinate and maintain routine site servicing schedules for underground refuge chambers and permanent bunkers, for clients located across Australia.
  • First point of contact for a broad clientele base including Tier 1 mining companies.
  • End to end mobilisation of a team of service technicians, onboarding to client portals and booking all medical requirements as necessary.
  • Booking and quoting cost-effective commercial travel requirements for technicians to cities and remote mine sites.
  • Review service agreements, installation contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Liaise and assist with international client inquiries and internal communications with MineARC’s global subsidiaries where necessary.
  • Provide all general after sales support: creating sales quotes, processing purchase orders, invoicing, warranty processing.
