-Community and individual Support worker
-Provide person-centred care to clients with various disabilities.
-Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, grooming,
toileting, dressing, and meal preparation.
-Support-safe manual handling, transfers, mobility aids, and transport
to appointments.
-Implement behaviour support strategies under the Positive Behaviour
Support Plan.
-Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and progress
notes.
-Encourage independence, life skills, and community participation.
-Monitor client well-being and promptly report changes to supervisors.
-Follow all safeguarding, privacy, and NDIS Practice Standards.
