During the past few years I have come to understand that quality education isn't about how many paintings a child takes home or how well the child can recite the alphabet .
It's more about how well the educator understands the children individually and how I can help them according to their needs. Every child is unique and special in their own kind of way.I as an educator believe that in order for them to become successful learners I need to build a good relationship with them and their family. As the saying goes "It takes a village to raise a child" Iam privileged to be part of this village. The community that shapes little minds for the future.
As a 2IC my role is to give my team the support that is needed to strengthen the current relationships, Work collaboratively with respect and integrity ;Promote worth ethics, working with SMART goals value providing and receiving feedback. And believe this is vital for the growth of the team and the families' expectations towards their children within the service.
I also believe in building rapport team culture across the team as we work towards the common goal of celebrating the children's learning intend to work closely with my Director and colleagues to help build a strong learning environment and to work together to find the best in ourselves as we create an environment for the young learners to thrive in. I believe I have the potential in me to take on this role and under the guidance of my superiors to deliver my best effort's to your service.
