Summary

I am a motivated individual with experience in MCV's Family Violence Branch. My experience working with AFM's and respondents in the Magistrates' Court has provided me with procedural knowledge of the Court's processes and developed my understanding of not only their individual needs, but the broader nature of Family Violence. By actively participating in the improvement of the Court's response to Family Violence, I am able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those impacted. Furthermore, I have experience as a Client Services Officer at Workplace Injury commission. In this role I provided first-line customer service and utilised my knowledge of the Accident Compensation Act and Workplace Injury Rehabilitation Compensation Act 2013 to resolve queries empathetically and efficiently. I handled reception duties, switchboard operation, mail handling, and developed client relationships by responding promptly to communications. I am a hardworking individual and very enthusiastic about professionally developing.
