• Manage a state-of-the-art indoor hydroponic growing system designed to grow produce for supermarkets.

• Maintain organization and control of a 4th Generation Containerized Hydroponic Growing System (CGS IV)

• Ensures Pre-Start Checklists of Machinery are checked and of the preventative maintenance for all equipment. Ensures all equipment is maintained according to the procedures.

• Conducts market garden operations, such as collecting, storing, grading and packaging produce, and organizing the sale, purchase and dispatch of produce.

• use the automated systems that come with the CGS IV to maintain control of the overall system.

• perform basic maintenance on the system and complete tasks such as cleaning grow trays and mixing nutrient solutions.

• Undergo training to have knowledge of basic troubleshooting procedures for the system and train others to assist.

• Ensure record keeping of farm activity total area of production, variety, number of seeds/seedlings planted in particular area total yield of crop and all expenses.
