I worked as a seasonal casual who dealt with Education Customers (Primary and Secondary Schools).

My main role was dealing with School Principals and Teaching Staff to ensure that their expectations and requirements had been met on the day of their large back to school deliveries.

Conducted stock takes to ensure all products matched the customer's invoice, and reported any discrepancies to the customer service team for a resolution.

Ensured that the delivery site was clean and free from rubbish before departure.
