- Managed a team of 10 valve technicians, stores and administration personnel to deliver results on time and on budget in a workshop. Plus 1000 valve overhauls per year.
- Managed a $5M service operation being accountable for safety and execution. Ensured client satisfaction and profitability for the business.
- Managed a team of 8 technicians onsite at Otway Gas plant shutdown to overhaul 150 Fisher and Valtek control valves within a strict timeframe. Both 2016 and 2020.
- Project managed the rebuild and refurbishment of all ball and control valves on ExxonMobil's COBIA platform brownfields project,
- Managed the Mobil Altona Pressure Safety Valve NATA program which included removal, overhaul, testing, certification and installation. 5-10 valves per week.
- Manged and Installed x8 hydraulic gas over oil actuators on APA's VNIE upgrade project.
- Installed positioners, fitted boosters and commissioned all APA Dandenong city gate double acting control valves. The work is on display on APA's induction front page.
- Maintained team productivity and quality of service by establishing and maintaining clear benchmarks.
- Met with customers to establish service needs and develop effective and practical solutions.
- Monitored team performance, adhered to service level agreements and provided detailed job training.
- Took a lead by example approach and performed factory acceptance testing and commissioning on site throughout Australia.
