I coach a domestic U09 Bulleen boys team, and also have participated in many academies from Bulleen such as the Holiday camps, which consist of 6 hour long training sessions with kids aged from 5-14, the 'Bulleen Academy', which occurred every Sunday and consisted of an hour long session of constant training and rotations, and an academy called 'Ausome Hoops', which refers to getting young kids diagnosed with Autism, to learn basic basketball skills and be surrounded by people with similar struggles.
I volunteered at Banyule on and off for 2 years, while having to also teach and explain learning concepts to a non-english Japanese student who was in prep. I am not fluent in Japanese, but studied and learnt the language for 3 years, and knew basic communication skills which provided me the ability to help with translating.
I am in year 10, excelling in a year 11 subject, and I just recently got expected to excel in a year 12 subject next year in 2024.
I am a basketball player myself, play in domestic and rep, won 2 grand finals and won the MVP medal both times.
While coaching my team, I carried them to the finals for both seasons I coached them.
