- In my current role as a Senior Fixed Plant Controller, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining a high level of safety and quality. I have a proven track record of implementing process improvements that have increased efficiency and reduced downtime, while also developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees are properly trained and equipped to do their jobs.
- I also have experience in train loading and unloading operations, where I have worked closely with logistics teams to coordinate the loading and unloading of trains to ensure timely delivery of materials to the plant. In this role, I have developed strong relationships with key stakeholders and have a solid understanding of the logistics involved in moving materials from the mine to the plant and then to the port.
- In addition, I have extensive experience as a Port Controller, where I have been responsible for managing vessel loading and unloading operations. This has involved coordinating with ship agents, terminal operators, and other stakeholders to ensure that vessels are loaded and unloaded efficiently and safely, while also ensuring that all environmental regulations are met.
- I’m Passed out as Competent on our Crushing, WHIMS, Wet Plant, TLO, Port Desk and our Water desk.

- Able to Complete Isolations on all sections of the Plant, From mid 2019 I moved into the Permit Office creating isolation plan for any shutdown or breakdown works
