• Working in a dual role requiring variation of tasks. Working in the warehouse unpacking products, loading goods using forklift. Delivery of good, interacting with customers. Managing inventory in warehouse. Confidently conducting general yard duties when required.

• I worked directly with businesses implementing various strategies to support their marketing to increase their brand exposure which required exceptional customer service and exceeding the customers’ expectations.

• I operated a forklift in large warehouse environment supporting required timeframes to execute daily schedules to meet targets. I also assisted with various duties in direct support of the team to ensure operations were carried out in a safe and timely manner, while managing and directing up to 30 personnel.

• This was an autonomous role which a high emphasis on operation safety which required a high level of focus and attention to detail which helped create a positive result to the highest standard.

• I supported my direct manager by assisting with open and close procedures and importantly have direct contact with clients to help maintain a high standard of customer service by creating a clean and safe environment and helping where necessary to provide the best customer experience possible.

• I assisted the team on various projects sticking to each designated plan agreed on by the client. Having high attention to OHS, safety with power tools to ensure each project was safely finished in strong representation of the company’s core values.

General Labour duties, assistance of cleaning and gathering materials. Forklift duties removing and stacking of materials. Complying with all OHS and Australian standard Acts and legislations. Assistance of directing personnel. Contact with clients, ensuring all work procedures are followed correctly.
