Currently a team member at coles for various roles during the course of my employment, including significant experience in the online department which includes:

- picking orders with a time limit

- checking out of stock reports

- processing and scanning in deli orders

- sorting and storing orders in the fridge/freezer

- packing click and collect orders and monitoring when the customers arrive by answering calls on the click and collect phone

- loading trucks and assisting delivery drivers in unloading groceries during home delivery

- being in charge of opening and closing shifts as well as regularly monitoring employee pick rates throughout the day

- department management, on occasion

I have also worked in the meat, grocery, dairy and service departments with experience in basic tasks for each department including:

- stocking shelves

- unwrapping pallets and delegating stock on to roll cages as efficiently as possible

- cutting and wrapping fruit and veg

- operation of the cardboard compactor, breaking down boxes and cartons

- service desk duties such as checkout and till counting

- storefront security during COVID, monitoring and counting how many customers are in the store at a time ensuring the limit was not exceeded and ensuring proper COVID protocol was followed

Team member at Bunnings with various duties including but not limited to:

- breaking down pallets and putting stock on show

- checkout/service desk duties

- door security

- trolley collection

- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe to ensure efficiency and safety

- answering customer enquiries regarding a variety of products and pointing them in the right direction
