I worked in the kitchen of a cafe for two months on the Sorrento main street in a high stress, high speed environment over the very busy summer period. I worked in food preparation and production, including making smoothies and juices, customer interaction, and was responsible for end of day clean-ups. At the cafe I was able to work in a team environment and keep cool under pressure, working mostly from open to close, and demonstrating my ability to work long shifts and earn the trust of management.

As a junior analyst at Activ8 capital over the last 2.5 years, I have worked primarily on company research reports, data entry and data analysis. I have attended and contributed to a variety of client meetings, allowing me to develop professional and interpersonal skills. I have been given opportunities to support senior analysts with ad-hoc data analysis requests, and have consistently delivered accurate results in a timely manner.

I worked as a steel fixer in reinforcing steel for construction projects. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, cutting, bending, and securing steel rods to provide structural integrity to foundations, columns, slabs, and other concrete structures. I showed strong attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and worked efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

I worked for a short period as an assistant to the senior engineer at JTMCE Structural Engineers, working dynamically on whatever I was asked to do. This saw me adapt my work across multiple facets of structural engineering, from tender pricing, 3D modelling and structural engineering.
