First job upon my arrival in Australia. Key responsibilities included;

• Greeting customers and helping them find items in the store
• Providing customers with technical information about items
• Checking for stock at other branches
• Keeping track of inventory
• Operating cash registers
• Maintaining sales floor appearance and cleaning.

Worked full-time throughout the Pandemic supporting the community's grocery needs proficiently and accurately. Gained great experience in my time keeping, organisation and customer service skills.

After finishing my studies, I travelled to Hawai'i and did volunteering in different areas such as:

• Housekeeping in a hotel.
• Farm work (weeding, planting, harvesting, composting, taking care of sheep and hens, etc.).
• Carpentry labouring in yurts manufacturing.
• Sewing labourer (good handling of tools and precise measurement).

This is a chilean small business that helps local farmers to sell their products. I helped in gathering the products from the farmers and put them into boxes to send them to the final customers. I also helped in the organic waste management to convert them into compost.

Consolidated my retail skills set, quickly incorporated and grew my customer service, organization and presentation skills. Learnt cash register operation, stock management and achieving sales KPI's while studying.
