Im a 20 year old Assistant Manager at Hungry Jacks, looking for a change as the culture of the store is not a good fit for me. I'm ambitious and results driven, I don't go to work for the money, but for the chance to do work that can leave me feeling proud afterwards.

My goal is to work somewhere where my ideas will be considered, with freedom for smaller implementations independently. I want to be able to look back on the stores success and to be able to see my contributions. I have a solid understanding of profit and loss, and what it means to run a successful business.

I have the skills to meaningfully contribute to the profit, compliance and reputation of a business that will be willing to give me the tools and resources to use those skills
