Worked as Regional ambassador representing Australia at Hackmakers, a global innovation challenge organiser. Regional Ambassador were part of team who were hosting Hackmakers next flagship event, #BuildwithAI Hack 2021, which was held across 17 countries in celebration of the International Internet Day 2021, in collaboration with our government, university and technology partners.

As regional Ambassador , my role involved personal and social outreach to people who were part of various organizations, universities and companies to help them understand the community partner program, resolving their queries and on-board them as community partner for buildwithAI hack 2021.

Worked on public speaking presentation video on topic - "Innovation in the Water Utilities industry using AI, Data Science and IOT".

Presentation Video consists of 2 parts. Part 1 was my presentation on the topic and 2nd part was my interview with Water Utilities Industry experts. The theme of the presentation was to enlighten people about the need for more innovation in the water utilities around the world using AI.

• Worked as senior team member working on solution design and development of Complex solutions.
• Built solutions on Identity and Access management and Integrated Application with other IAM enterprise Application.

Project Title: Data Analysis of Hate Crime in US

Solution: Web page hosted with hate crime details and integrated with MVP chatbot product. This chatbot was built in 3 days of hackathon and was developed to help people scared to report hate crime details, culprit and location anonymous way. The Chat bot also had the access to right resources to help people with information from government approved authorities to deal with hate crimes.

Project Title: Covid Job Enlightener

Use Case: Visualize the Job market of Australia in to a dashboard web application. People using the dashboard were able to understand the situation in different job industry trends with some forecasting of jobs as well. This dashboard was expected help decide career change for people who lost jobs due to Covid and also help people decide career change.

• Build the team from scratch starting from finding the right mix of talents to project initiation
• Team Co-ordination was important part fo the project as there were 8 people in 6 different zones.
• Streamlining team decisions like project topic, ideation, task assignment and helping team members to complete the task.
• Built important visualization using Oracle's Analytics product which helped us win the competition as Oracle was the sponsor and using oracle product had extra points.

• Kalibrate is a goal oriented Service Based Company helping customers with greater ROI from their Asset Management Application Implementations.
• We are supporting SaaS and on-prem Application implementations.
• My Role in Kalibrate involves Supporting various clients from Facilities, Railways and Utilities domain resolving functional and Technical issues in the form of Incidents and Service Requests. Issues cover all the technical and functional modules of the Enterprise application( IBM Maximo) like Integration, Application programming scripts, Cron processes, Procurement process, Work Management, User Maintenance and many more.
• I am also supporting Mobility application, BIRT, Cognos, Work Scheduling and Dispatch module.
• Successfully implemented 2 Integration Projects i.e IBM Maximo with Oracle ESB and IBM Maximo with external Maximo system.
• Bench-mark performance in problem solving by resolving critical production issues.
• Other activities involve Incident Management, Client calls, Change planning and deployment, Estimations for enhancement requests, Data Load , PoC etc.

• NBN Australia was the client and role was to handle change management process for client's HWM (HFC Workforce Management) and WWM ( FTTP/FFTB Workforce management) Systems
• Define and plan change management for both the application 6 months in advance.
• Creation of Change rollout plan and run book for the all the prod and non-prod changes.
• Co-ordinate with Various depended team for planned and unplanned changes going into PROD.
