  • Successfully migrated data from file and print server to the cloud and updated new information to SharePoint site.
  • Configured routers and switches and resolved networking issues.
  • Upgraded firmware of router, Synology device (NAS), ESXi, and ILO (BIOS of HP server).
  • Installed and configured virtual machines using virtualization technologies such as VirtualBox and Hyper-V 6.5. Registered new VMs and extended their size. Shrunk unused space to assign the same memory to another VM.
  • Monitored and maintained daily backups via ShadowProtect and Image Editor.
  • Troubleshot issues related to local printers and scanners such as driver failure, scan-to-email, and network folders.
  • Onboarded and offboarded clients or employees.
