Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. A very fast learner, always willing to continuously learn more. I am also an enthusiastic, hard worker.
I started working at Mansfield Golf Club whilst i was in school, working as a waitress. As i turned 18, i proceeded to obtain a RSA and Gaming license and converted from waitressing, to bar and gaming. I have the role and ability to be a supervisor in charge, with the skills and knowledge to open and close the clubhouse.
Within the last year, i have gained the skills and knowledge in the golf shop, being able to open and close the shop and hold the knowledge on how to open and close off competitions, giving the members their daily golfing results.
I have learnt how to communicate with customers in multiple different situations as well as knowing how to resolve and deal with these certain situations.
This helped me with improving my skills in communication, teamwork, customer service and a superior role to be trusted.

I started working with Team Kids (Before and after school care) during my studies in a Diploma of education preparation. I worked in multiple different primary schools as an educator, to then becoming a permanent educator at Brighton Primary School. After a few months of working at Brighton Primary Before and after school care, i was then asked to become to 2IC, however, i politely declined this offer as i had planned to move back to my hometown sue to personal reasons.
Although declining the 2IC role, i did however, become a coordinator during the Christmas/New year holiday period.
As stepping up from a educator, to coordinator role, i proved that i was a committed and responsible individual. I gained the extra confidence as this was also the busiest and most hectic time of the year within the BASC holiday program, having over 70 kids attending each session under my care. I gained extra skills in being able to work as a team to run the program/workplace smoothly.
I also gained more communication skills as a result from dealing with parents/guardians, as well as the children themselves.

I started working as a paintball referee through a family friends business. I was used as a helping hand, when needed. My role as a referee was to go out on field and supervise, as well as teach players the rules of the games being played. This allowed me to increase my confidence and skills in teaching others.
