Senior Pega Developer with over three years of experience in the Telecoms industry. Excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. During my time at TalkTalk, I have worked on projects where we have upgraded a Pega 7 application to 8. The BSS function of the business that I worked for has given me experience in the support and maintenance of Pega applications running on Oracle and MSQL databases. Consuming and exposing SOAP, REST and JMS services has been a focus of my time at TalkTalk. I have designed and worked with a small team of offshore developers to deliver a solid, reliable and predictable service component that is utilised to make service calls everywhere across our provisioning application.

Certified System Architect (CSA)

TalkTalk Fire Warden – Became a fire warden so I could be involved in improving the evacuation process in the Soapworks building, as well as working alongside other colleagues who want to be proactive in improving the fire safety in the working environment.

National Citizens Service Award – I have been awarded a National Citizens Service Award. This was after the work myself and a group of colleagues did within our local community. We launched a campaign that aimed to raise money for the local multiple sclerosis (MS) centre in Wolverhampton, as well as raising awareness in the community.

STEM Ambassador (CRB/DBS checked) – I became a registered stem ambassador in 2013 after several months of helping the school STEM club. As a registered ambassador, I have contributed to multiple events in the Black Country, aimed at encouraging the younger students to take up STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
