BRADY MCNEILL

With a strong background in engineering, including underground mining experience and knowledge of materials in structural, machinery, and metalwork environments, I am eager to transition these skills to a professional contractor such as Mader Infrastructure. A construction degree, along with hands-on experience in structural steel installs to commercial building levels, has equipped me with this knowledge. Additionally, previous experience in general plant maintenance at Macraes Gold Mine involved successfully undertaking tasks such as removal of trommel screens for replacement from the SAG mills, working on grizzlies/crushers, and general tidy up. I have a strong commitment to safety and work ethic balance, thrive in a team environment, and respect others around me to ensure successful outcomes.
