* Assisting the classroom teacher to implement individual learning programs and behaviour management plans to support goals.
* Supported students across multiple classifications and degrees of special needs including ASD/ADHD, behavioural and emotional disorders, cognitive disabilities and physical impairments.
* Organising and preparing resources including AAC devices and modifications to resources to support effective learning and communication.
* Demonstrated high level of knowledge and understanding of strategies to support students with disabilities.
* Established safe and inclusive environment conductive to learning and collaboration
* Implemented behaviour modification strategies, resulting in improved self-regulation and classroom participation among students.
