Through these experiences and the mentorship I have been fortunate to continue to receive from past employers who are very much industry leaders in stud sheep / cattle / Livestock and Commodity Trading, I have been able to implement efficient procedures and best practices within my own businesses, ensuring that we consistently deliver high quality services and products to our clients . This has not only helped us build a strong reputation in the industry, but also maintain long-term relationships with our clients, staff and processors. I have also learned the importance of continuous up-skilling and improvement in agriculture, as the industry is constantly evolving with new technologies and practices. By staying informed and adapting to changes, I have been able to ensure that my business remains competitive and provides the best possible services to our clients which all stems back to a very broad , but strong knowledge base from previous employment .
