I am constantly exploring and researching my careering and how I can tailor my studies to get me there. I understand that what I study needs to be adaptable., I set a goal at work or university and achieve it. I always implement strategies such as looking at boundaries stopping me from completing the goal (how to get around them) and using time management and organisational skills to achieve the task. Before I act on something I always ask, 'Is this getting me towards my goal?', Predicting and adapting to challenges I am faced with., Upholding ethically, culturally, and socially responsible behaviour. I do this by listening to multiple perspectives on issues. Respect for others is at the forefront of my decision-making, by knowing what is acceptable and how to act on it.
