During times of high pressure, I ensure I remain calm and focused, assisting with the morale of the team.
I bring the skills of leadership; high level analytical skills; change management; and the ability to deliver outcomes to the position on offer. In addition, I bring over 25 years of experience within the Criminal Justice and Security fields to the position. Having spent the totality of my career within the justice system and having worked on many high-profile cases, I am able to work under pressure, always remaining flexible and open-minded. Due to the unpredictable nature of security incidents and criminal offending, I have many years of experience in managing competing priorities, encompassed with a high workload.
