• Co-founded the West Houston Rugby club, built the club website and online registration tool, created the facebook account, managed social media platforms; oversaw marketing efforts to grow the brand and drive registrations
• Authored club policies and procedures, weekly newsletters and other club-wide communications; ensured club compliance by liaising with regulatory bodies (Rugby Texas and USA Rugby)
• Managed the club registration process, youth team coordinators and club volunteers; coordinated game schedules and organized all club social events; ordered and distributed all club kit and merchandise

• Responsible for the graduate recruitment program from application to onboarding, including the management of 2 Graduate Recruitment Coordinators.
• Marketing the firm at top tier university events, career fairs and academic functions. Securing line management support for speaking engagements and interviews.
• Screening thousands of graduate applications, phone interviews, scheduling interviews with line managers, assessment days, psychometric assessments.
• Reference checks, offer packs, welcome parties and events.

• In-house recruitment for call centre (customer service) positions. High volume recruitment - telephone interviews in response to newspaper advertisements, facilitation of assessment centres, reference checking, preparation of contracts and offer packs.
• Management of workflow for 2 recruitment colleagues.

Individual and group English lessons (content development and delivery) to Japanese students of various ages.
