I am a motivated & passionate & fast learning individual that is invested in involvement with Pony Rider, a brand that ticks all of my boxes & now that Bangalow is going to be the brands second home I am so excited & so eager to be involved or to just be a regular customer!

I have been living in Bangalow & now Federal for under four years now, but I've felt an overwhelming sense of community from day one. Its a community that I have served (in my time at the service station) since I first arrived in the area & one that I have got to know so well & feel at home in.

My retail experience is not vast but in my time working at & managing Dutch Vinyl Records, one of Australia's largest in store & online retailers of records, I was able to learn a valuable skillset & really enjoy managing a team & offer intuitive & valuable advice to the director.

In my time at the store the business grew substantially. I was present in adapting the function of the store during the pandemic when we had to move most of the business online & navigate the difficulties & changes that were thrust upon us. It was challenging but enjoyable to be at the helm of this transformation. Since that period the store has taken its foothold as a leading online retailer & has expanded to include another store in Queensland.

Having had a background in hospitality for many years, customer service is my bread & butter & an area I pride myself on, it has really enabled me to cross over into the retail space with enthusiasm for genuine interaction & a helpful attitude.

I am a creative to my core, whether it be singing, dancing, making comfortable outdoor spaces, beautiful gardens, working with my hands or capturing moments behind the lens.
