During integration of LMT Surgical into LifeHealthcare, the Warehouse was divided into Inventory and Loans and my title was updated to Team Leader QLD, managing the Loans team/s. A slow-pace goal was set to bring the Brisbane teams of both companies together. This has so far involved cross-training and social events, and once physically integrated (scheduled APR 2024) cross-training and consolidation of systems and processes are scheduled.

Official title update following staff restructure.
