Was employed primarily to take residents out on recreational bus trips four times a week around metropolitan Melbourne. Was responsible for all aspects of the bus outings including planning and research of locations, dispensing of medications, ensuring the safety and well being of residents during outings as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the bus. Was also involved in engaging residents in activities at the facility such as ball games, supervising walking groups, calling bingo, pet therapy, movies, one on one communication and supervising in-house entertainment. The position also involved updating assessments, assisting in serveries, delivering meals to resident rooms and some feeding.

Interviewed identities from the arts sector (ie film actors and directors) by phone, video chat or in-person before writing up a background piece for newspapers, arts journals or on-line outlets.

Operated various types of machinery which produced plastic moulded parts largely for the automotive industry.
