Hi, my name's Pania. Easiest way to pronounce it would be to remember the movie 'The chronicles of Narnia ' (2008) just replace the N with a P and you should be spot on. I am Australian & Māori decent, Born in Darwin. Left home at the age of 16 Grew up with my Aboriginal in-laws untill I was 20. Graduated High school completed year 12. My In-laws are from Alice Springs & the APY Lands two communities known as Santa Teresa (Ltyentye Apurte) and Finke (Aputula). I can understand Arrernte, pitjantjatjara & Yankunytjatjara but am not able to speak fluently. A couple of my strongest skills/personality traits would include my resilience and how persistent i am on wanting a better life and opportunity for myself. I am a very Cultural Competence person I have an understanding of and honour the language, tradition and culture of the indigenous/Aboriginal first nation people in central Australia and APY. I am a gentle soul with a kind hearted personality. I have had a lot of life experiences at a young age including set backs, struggles & mental health issues. i struggle with multiple mental health illness but I am a determined to create a life that's beneficial for myself. I am a highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges with a Strong worth ethic. multitasking and time management abilities. Devoted to giving every customer or participant a positive and memorable experience. I have worked in areas as a disability support worker for Aboriginal people, and other aspects that you will see listed on my resume.
