This role is for a build to rent company. I am the only property manager and in charge of the day to day communication relating to all tenancies.

Management of 210 apartments. This role I only deal and manage apartments.

• End to end management of 200 apartments
• In November 2021 Salvo merged with Dingle Partners Southbank

• This role was end to end property management of 180 properties with minor leasing support.

• I was employed as Head of Property Management of the Bacchus Marsh and Ballan offices
• I managed 250 properties whilst managing staff and rental roles at both offices.

• I was employed as a Property Manager of 175 properties
• This was end to end management with no leasing support.

• I was employed as a receptionist and a in office assistant property manager.

• I started working at the company as a bistro worker for the first four years then I was promoted to bistro supervisor.
