Mental health professional with a strong foundation in leadership and clinical decision-making developed as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in an inpatient psychiatric setting. With recent experience in Alfred Health's Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT) I demonstrate skills in crisis intervention, triage, and community based acute mental health care.
