• Personally raised several million dollars for Boulder Steel Limited from European investors through Australian stock and share brokers
  

Commercial and legal due diligence on acquisition and disposal of corporate assets

• Legal and commercial due diligence and financial feasibility analysis on the acquisition of a timber operation in Suva, Fiji.
  
• Legal due diligence on the sale of part of Boulder Steel Limited’s share in Euro Forming Services GmbH in Germany in 2012. This involved co-operation with both Australian and German legal practitioners due to the bi-jurisdictional nature of the transaction.

• Part of the Senate Select Committee on Scrutiny of New Taxes – Carbon Tax. Submission of briefing regarding the impact of the Carbon Tax on the Gladstone Steel Project.
  
• Author of briefing notes for meetings between Boulder Steel and senior federal and state government ministers as well as the premier of Queensland.
  
• Interviews with the ABC, The Australian newspaper and Queensland regional media about the impact of the Carbon Tax on the Gladstone Steel Project.
