• Stand Manager - Overseeing and assisting Duty Managers and Customer Service Staff up to 80 staff on field of play for concerts.
• Eyes and ears for our Venue Manager in Control Room.
• Attending Medicals / Incidents or any other issues Control Room sends me to.
• Duty Manager - Managing 20-25 staff on a Major Event, Briefing them, placing them in positions, working out break times if required.
• Completing end of shift reports and any other paperwork that is required.
• Reception Duties - Monday - Friday when needed which includes answering calls and redirecting when needed, replying to emails plus normal office duties.
• Office Duties - Assist with general office duties for both Operations and Event Teams when required.
• Set Up - Setting up Control Rooms for Event Days.

• Rostering
• Setting up Tour Route each day ensuring all was clear and everything was working
• Ensuring all equipment was working
• Guided groups of up to 40 people on scheduled or walk up tours.
• Communicated professionally with customers, answering questions and addressing concerns to boost satisfaction.
• Managed tour groups by keeping on schedule and quickly handling issues to promote positive experiences.
• Introduced Tours which included other venues within Sydney Olympic Park
• Introduced many different types of tours
• Provided information on various sites throughout area, relaying little-known stories to provide interest.
• Continued learning and updating knowledge about tour areas
• Continually arranged meetings and catch ups with all staff
