Carolyn Elizabeth Pinchbeck

Craigmore,Australia

Summary

To provide authentic Christian education and guidance to the students in my care and provide high quality leadership to influence, empower and guide my colleagues and others in order to enhance student learning and wellbeing so that students will be transformed by their educational experiences into fuller, richer, deeper human beings. I have a genuine passion for educating the whole person, and foster a love not only of learning, but a love of life. I believe that students thrive with clear and fair behavioural expectations, and I enjoy working with students in my care to discover their individual passions and find opportunities for their unique talents to shine. As an educator, my particular interest and experience in a senior school environment enables me to foster and develop the positive and confident young people in my care to feel prepared and experience success as they gear up to embrace life beyond school to change the world for the better.

I am a highly motivated and ambitious individual able to see the big picture and give timely and accurate advice, guidance and support to both students and staff under my leadership. I possess excellent management skills and have the ability to develop and foster positive professional relationships with students, families, colleagues and the wider community with ease. Having a proven ability to lead by example, I constantly aim to improve best practice. I aim to create a culture of respect, support and success in everything that I do and strongly believe that the spirit of 'doing your best' penetrates every area of my life, both professional and personal - not just beginning and ending at the school gate; as I believe that a positive educational experience can genuinely change lives and build communities. I have a strong passion for the Performing Arts, Psychological health and wellbeing, and working with teenagers.
