As a bar and function staff member, my responsibilities include managing tills and POS systems to ensure accurate transactions and customer service. I prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, while also providing attentive service to customers and delivering food orders. In addition to my role on the floor and behind the bar, I assist with function work, ensuring events run smoothly. I play a key role in helping new staff acclimate to their roles by training them on essential tasks. Additionally, I actively participate in staff meetings, contributing to team discussions and initiatives.
