I began to do active volunteer work at an early age of 11 years old. Around the classrooms teachers suggested that students tryout for volunteer work around the school. In 2015 (age 11) I signed up for 'Librarian assistant' with my shifts set for after school hours, I oversaw keeping the building clean, organizing and restocking shelves according to code that is on the side of each book and shelf. In 2016 (age 12) signed up for volunteer work at the school canteen during lunch throughout the week, actively engaging with the customers, taking care of preparing their orders and cashier, calculating money and ensuring the right amount is taken and given. Year 5 was the earliest students could sign up as a volunteer at the school canteen. There has been no work experience up until that point other than active volunteer around Blackwood with cleaning up and picking up rubbish. Continued to do volunteer work throughout high school through participating to work at events for Mercedes college and backwoods' community.
