Having managed a retail store where I led a new team to meet sales targets of over $1m in its first year in operation, and through running my own business as a florist, I have built a strong reputation across the Canberra region as a trusted business leader with excellence in customer service. For the last 20 plus years, I have worked in multiple customer service roles in retail and design. These roles allowed me to utilise my engagement and communication skills with customers and businesses. My friendly, people-oriented nature and strong verbal communication skills ensure that I leave customers and business partners feeling engaged and supported. I am creative and super organised, which, when combined with my people skills, make me an ideal candidate for a Business Development role. I have aspirations of working in a role where I can use my friendly nature, my strong network of local business partners, my organisation and people skills to bring new clients and business partners on board with the organisation that I represent.
