I am aware customer service is far more than just smiling. Customer service also requires listening skills, conflict resolution skills and much more and can be applied to most aspects of life.

for the past five years, I've been employed, in casual capacity at the Fishbowl Takeaway in Mudgeeraba.

My role has predominately involved working the grill and four deep fryers to prepare hamburgers and other grilled foods. This also includes cooking fish and chips. and deep-fried foods to fulfill orders. My duties also include front counter service, taking orders over the phone, food preparation and general cleaning duties. This has included taking a senior role and directing juniors to ensure smooth running of the areas during busy times.
