Charlotte Khazaal

When I'm not at school and studying, I love to spend time with my friends, going for a run and playing netball.

As I have never had a job before I have no formal work experience, but at school especially when I was house captain I assisted in setting up for the events, making sure everyone was on time and keeping to the set schedule.

I have been in my netball club for the last 7 years and throughout this time especially the last 2 years I have taken on a leadership role within my team. At training I run my teammates through drills that I think will benefit the team and always provide positive and upbeat encouragement before and during games.

• Selected as House Captain by my peers and teachers, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
• Awarded MVP and Coach's Award for netball, recognizing performance and dedication I have shown.
• Earned 12-Year Medal in gymnastics and 50 and 100 Game Medals in netball, highlighting long-term commitment and consistency in sport.

As I enter the workforce I am both eager and nervous at the same time, My goal is to learn new skills, grow both personally and professionally in a supportive work environment and to learn from others. I hope to grow my confidence and to take on new challenges by pushing myself.
