Currently I report into the Managing Director where I action the following tasks.

Personal Assistant

I take care of all personal and family matters such as, booking and planning appointments, events, holidays and weddings. It is my responsibility to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for the family.

Executive Assistant

• Arranged domestic and international travel plans and itineraries.
• Oversaw personal and professional calendars and coordinated appointments for future events.
• Provided general administrative support including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and managing documentation.
• Served as point of contact between clients and managerial staff.
• Assisted with market research activities & conducted surveys.
• Displayed absolute discretion at handling confidential information.
• Attended meetings, took notes and tracked action items.
• Communicated with internal departments, vendors and contractors to discuss schedules, project requirements and upcoming appointments.
• Coordinated international and domestic travel logistics including flight itineraries, hotel reservations and car services.

Project Manager

I help manager a wide variety of different projects from Technology, Carbon, Construction/ Development and product launches.

Within that I do the following:

• Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects.
• Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments.
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
• Achieved project deadlines by coordinating with contractors to manage performance.
• Provided detailed project status updates to stakeholders and executive management.
• Prepared and submitted project invoices for review and approval.
• Scheduled and facilitated meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.

At Urban Property Group my role was to liaise with tenants and homeowners to manage all issues and queries regarding commercial and private property. I worked closely with management to ensure assistance was carried out effectively and on time in full. I supervised operations staff and ensured employees were compliant with company policies and procedures. I developed systems and
procedures to improve operational quality and efficiency.

I undertook a dual role at Urban Places alongside my role at Urban Property Group. I managed the community engagement, activities and was the lead support for all tenants with Urban Property Groups apartments. I organised social events and health activities, and liaised with web developers to launch the website and managed the launch of its social media platforms. Additionally, I managed CRM programs and assessed customer satisfaction of the products and services we offered.

I volunteered and assisted the Australian Paralympic Team at the Perisher Ski Resort. I received my Australian Professional Snow Sports Instructor qualification and helped train and educate new instructors as part of their onboarding. Additionally, I created Winterfund, an organisation that raised over $45,000 during its first 3 years to fund new equipment as well as educate and spread awareness about disability in snow sports.

I was a professional ski instructor in the following ski resorts, where I taught group and private lessons.

After working my way through my certifications I moved into the role of Ski School Children's Manager and private ski instructor for Bramble Ski, one of Europe's most luxurious ski chalet companies in Switzerland.
