Chatbot and the issue of Information Policy- ECU-2022

• We aim to understand the working of a chat bot and apply the learning to build a chat bit for spreading awareness about cybersecurity.
• These chat bots will tend to act as a technician for the customer to educate and solve their cybersecurity related queries.
• This chat bot will be designed for the intention of awareness and protection on one’s own self.
• We aim to study the development process of chat bots through Azure chat bot services, get inspirations from the similar projects and creating one while keeping in mind all the ethical considerations.
• We aim to create a cross-platform application using React Native framework, for the chat bot.
• Another goal is to focus on improvement of the security of the chat bots as it contains user credential and important details that needs to be secured from all kinds of scams, hacks.
• A chat bot is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based software program that acts as a conversational agent to communicate with humans using Natural Language processing tools.
• This chat bot is phone base application that provide solution about phone security to educate people about spam and viruses’ email and text massages.
• It will reply suitable assistance when someone ask questions like "What are spam emails" or "Is my password strong enough".
