Chelsea Borlace

As a current employee of the Barrier Social Democratic club, I am applying for any current positions you have available.

I have been an employee at the club for almost 12 years, working mostly in the Bar area and as the gaming attendant.

I first started in the bistro where I studied for my Cert III in hospitality, then started working in the Bar where I got to learn more skills such as money handling, customer relations, hosting and running meat draws and bingo.

I then work into Gaming as a Gaming Attendant where I showed the ability to work by myself maintaining the gaming room to a continual high standard.

After a few years I then stepped into the position as a club manager where I then had the responsibility of opening, closing, running the club and directing jobs for other staff members when management was absent. I then stepped into the role of bistro manager for a few months where I learnt how to cover shift and making rosters.

I would like nothing more than to improve my skill and knowledge by taking on any current position you have to offer.
