Chelsea Briggs

I'm currently working at Virgin Australia as Cabin Crew.

My duties include-

• Ensuring the safety and welfare of all passengers throughout their entire flight experience
• Providing quality customer service and always ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience with the company
• Being highly trained in all emergency procedures including onboard the aircraft and in the airport terminal
• Being able to deal with high pressure situations and working in a high stress environment whilst also working to a high standard
• Working as part of a team and using efficient and clear communication with all passengers and crew
• Having a strong work ethic, punctuality, appearance, dedication and a disciplined approach to work.
  

My duties at Jetstar included-

• Followed company regulations and rules to promote safe environment for travelers and employees.
• Cleaned and serviced aircraft cabin, galleys and lavatories.
• Checked personnel for proper uniforms and safety equipment.
• Enforced lost and found procedures for any items inadvertently left behind by traveller's.

My duties included -

• Following up with customers on the phone
• Entering data into a data base
• Setting up social media accounts and pages
• Participating in one on one meetings with management
• General office duties including filing and answering phone calls
